Shipping and Return Policies
My base rate shipping price for a ground delivery, regular package is $12.95.
Some can be shipped regular UPS, USPS, or Fed Ex with a higher rate and some must be shipped via a freight system (truck). I will only charge my valued customers the exact price that I am quoted by the shipping agent. If the shipping rates are different I will notify you of the difference by phone or email before charging your credit card or shipping the product. I have made notices of exclusion on items that aren’t classified under regular shipment rates. I try to make this as simple and self explanatory as possible.
I NEVER charge an extra handling fee on any product.
We guarantee you will be satisfied with your purchase from Windwalker Outdoors.
Please return any product, except custom orders (along with your authorization number), within 30 days of your invoice date, that isn’t to your satisfaction. We will be happy to exchange the product, credit your account for future purchases or reimburse your purchase price minus shipping.
Any items that are returned without an authorization number from Windwalker Outdoors will be subject to a $50.00 restocking fee.
YOU MUST CALL PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY ITEM.
Windwalker Outdoors will not be responsible for any merchandise returned without an authorization number. We may have a solution to your problem.

Insuring all returns is the customer’s responsibility. Please make sure that returns are insured for the full original purchase price including shipping. Please also get a tracking number when shipping the product back to us so it can be traced if necessary.

Please include in your return: customers name, address shipped to, phone number (so we may contact you),email address if available, credit card number of billing and expiration date, a copy of the invoice if possible and what your wishes are.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay return shipping on any exchanges, unless prior arrangements are made.
