Find the Comp-N-Choke that Fits Your Kolar Choke System

Kolar barrels come in three bore sizes, and getting the right one matters more here than with most brands. Here's how to sort it out:

1. Confirm your gauge.

2. Confirm your bore size.

Kolar runs three standard bore sizes: .735, .740, and .750. The .735 and .740 sizes are sold off the shelf as a standard product. The .750 bore is offered on a custom-fit basis only, which means sending your barrel to Windwalker for fitting before that one can be ordered. If you're not sure which bore your gun runs, check your existing factory choke or reach out to us directly.

3. Select your choke.

Once you've got the right bore, the .735/.740 option offers nine constrictions rather than the usual four or five:

  • Negative through Skeet open the pattern wide for close, fast clay targets.
  • Improved Cylinder through Modified balance pattern density for sporting clays and most upland work.
  • Improved Modified through Full hold the pattern together for longer trap and FITASC presentations.
  • The custom-fit .750 option is finished to your specification as part of the fitting process.

Slot-ported and machined from 17-4 stainless steel, the .735 and .740 tubes install with just your fingers. The .750 bore, once fitted, carries the same competition-grade build.
