Return and Warranty Policies

RETURN POLICY
Dan’s Hunting Gear, LLC, will return and/or exchange products for a different size, color, or style as long as the product is new and has not been soiled. If a return is sent to us it will be inspected and only then approved by Dan’s Hunting Gear, LLC, for a return or exchange. We will not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders/sizes. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please ship returns or exchanges to:

Include your name, address and phone number, a copy of your receipt and reason for return.

For Exchanges place a new order for the size you need 

 

WARRANTY POLICY
Dan’s Hunting Gear, LLC, does warrant their products against any defects and workmanship flaws. The product has to be sent back to Dan’s for inspection. However, Dan’s Hunting Gear, LLC, will not warranty product that has been abused, or has more than normal wear and tear. On defective product, Dan’s Hunting Gear, LLC, will either replace or repair the gear.

OTHER
We reserve the right to correct errors and limit quantities.

Please allow 2-3 wks for manufacturing.

Looking for the perfect gift? Dan's clothing or boots are a great idea for the outdoorsman on your list. To ensure delivery before Christmas, especially with custom sizes, place your order by November 17
